The Men's Group is a 501(C3) organization
with the following Mission, Vision, and Values:​

 

MISSION STATEMENT

The Mission of the Men’s Group, LTD is to enhance the lives of high school African American males by guiding them in their pursuit of educational excellence and personal development.  We will achieve this mission by serving as positive role models and mentors.  In addition, we will network for these aims among our members and supporters.

 

VISION STATEMENT

The members of this organization seek to utilize our diverse talents, skills, and leadership abilities, to create an environment for positively changing the lives of high school African American males, and in promoting educational development in our communities.

 

VALUE STATEMENT

The organization is committed to positively moving forward high school African American males and our communities.  Honesty, justice, integrity, dignity, respect, family, and spirituality are importance precepts. ​
